Horrible app, worse customer support!

Rip off alert! I paid for the subscription to be able to watch movies, but remained a basic member. Restarted my phone, refreshed the app using their refresh button, still basic. Wrote and firmly requested a refund, but my request was ignored and given a template subscription management response. The app itself is ultra buggy, slow, crashes constantly. Horrible.
